Scope of Job: Provide exceptional customer service, internally and externally. process payments, request, report in accordance with deadlines.  Be efficient, accurate, communicate and work well with others.  Process all related work responsibilities consistent with standard procedures and compliances required by the city. Work with multitude of technology programs.

Primary Duties: Process payroll, fiscal accounting, budgetary and business functions that are essential to the city. Ability to work independently and work well with others.  Post information to website and facebook. Search for grants related to the city.   The applicant should be reliable, able to meet deadlines, keep a calendar of items deadlines, able to work 1 -2 evenings a month for meeting attend training conference, and other duties as assigned.
